The Team of Professor Liu Ruiyuan from College of Energy from Soochow University Published the Review Paper in Nature Reviews Materials

Recently, the review paper, entitled by Flexible self-charging power sources that was completed by the team of Professor Liu Ruiyuan from College of Energy from Soochow University, has been published in Nature Reviews Materials.

         .

The paper systematically introduced various flexible self-charging technologies as power sources, including the combination of flexible solar cells, mechanical energy harvesters, thermoelectrics, biofuel cells and hybrid devices with flexible energy-storage components. The paper discussed exemplary applications of power-source integration in soft electronics. Finally, the paper provided an overview of the emerging challenges, strategies and opportunities for research and development of flexible self-charging power sources.
